To designate recipient(s) of residual settlement due under article 38 of the UNJSPF Regulations and unpaid retroactive benefit owed at death under section J.3 of the UNJSPF Administrative Rules.
To use only if designating over 4 recipients on Form PENS.A/2. Check the box at end of Section 2, then date, hand-sign, and attach this sheet with your A2 form as one submission.
To notify the Fund of your interest in validating non-contributory service under article 23 of the UNJSPF Regulations and Rules.
To notify the Fund of your interest in restoring your most recent period of prior contributory service under article 24 of the UNJSPF Regulations and Rules.
To notify the Fund of your interest in restoring a period of prior contributory service for which you had elected or were deemed to have elected a Deferred Retirement Benefit under article 24 bis of the UNJSPF Regulations and Rules.
To express interest in transferring accrued pension rights to UNJSPF under the terms of the transfer agreement between UNJSPF and your former employer under article 13 of the UNJSPF Regulations and Rules.
To provide payment instructions for a disability benefit to the Fund once a disability benefit has been awarded by the Staff Pension Committee of your employing organization.
To elect to defer the payment of a withdrawal settlement under article 32 of the UNJSPF Regulations for a period of 36 months. To elect to receive payment, use form E/6-B instead.
To request payment of a withdrawal settlement if you have less than 5 years of contributory service. If you have 5 or more years, use form E/7-B
To elect to defer your choice of benefit for up to 36 months, if you have 5 or more years of contributory service. To elect to receive payment, use form E/7-B.
To make a benefit election and submit payment instructions if you have 5 years or more of contributory service. If you have less than 5 years, use form E/6-B.
To elect a benefit under art. 40(c) of the UNJSPF Regulations and provide payment instructions if entitled to a prior periodic benefit, rejoined the Fund, and separate with under 5 years of additional service.
To submit an expression of interest in transferring your accrued pension rights from UNJSPF under the terms of the transfer agreement concluded by UNJSPF and your new employing organization under article 13 of the UNJSPF Regulations.
To elect to receive your benefit under the two-track system. By submitting it with proof of residence, you choose to have your benefit adjusted for cost-of-living changes in your country. This choice is irrevocable.
To notify the Fund of a change in your country of residence under the two-track system. Submit it with satisfactory proof of relocation and proof of arrival. To change your address in the same country, use form PF.23/M.
To request Emergency Fund assistance if you receive a periodic benefit and face temporary unforeseen hardship. The information provided will be used by the Fund to assess your request.
To submit payment instructions if you are an eligible survivor of a UNJSPF participant or retiree.
To submit payment instructions if you are the designated recipient of a residual settlement or any retroactive payment due at the participant's or retiree's death, as indicated in their form A/2.
To notify the Fund of your interest in purchasing an annuity for a spouse married after separation. The information provided will be used to verify eligibility, calculate the annuity, and inform you for your final decision.
To change your benefit payment instructions, or if you are a legal representative of an estate, or to receive a split payment under article 45 of the UNJSPF Regulations to satisfy a marital or parental legal obligation.

For the process of registering your signature with the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund if you have been appointed as a legal guardian of a UNJSPF beneficiary.
For the process of registering your signature with the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund if you are a child aged 16 or older whose benefits is being paid directly into your own bank account.
